Flat Rate Labor (not an hourly rate) Discounts for Dealers and Multi-Location ClientsDiscounted flat rate service may be available to office equipment dealers seeking technical assistance and/or equipment installation in the Denver metro area. Discounted flat rate services are also available to multi-location companies. We currently provide discounted service rates to a major healthcare network in Colorado, and have saved them tens of thousands of dollars annually. We also perform quite a bit of service work for various office equipment dealers in Colorado. Dealers and multi-location companies are invited to call us at (303) 356-2787 for a quotation.Response TimeOur average response time on service calls within the Denver metro area is four hours. During a service call to your office, if the technician finds a problem that cannot be easily corrected on site, a loaner will be installed temporarily. Our field service personnel carry a stock of the most frequently needed parts in their service vehicle. It is neither possible or practical to carry with them all the parts for each brand and model.LoanersLoaner faxes are usually installed when the technician does not have the required part in his service vehicle. Loaners may also be installed when it is simply more practical to proceed with disassembly and repair at our warehouse.EthicsFrom time to time we encounter fax machines that have suffered extensive damage as the result of a power surge or lightning strike. Situations occasionally arise where replacement of the machine is more practical than repair. We'll give you an honest opinion as to whether or not the repair of your machine is a cost effective investment. In the unlikely event that your machine is found to be not worth fixing, you will still owe us for the service call and evaluation of the equipment.Technical Training & SupportOur Service Manager and fax machine repair technicians are factory trained and certified. Before going out in the field, each technician receives at least 40 hours of classroom instruction followed by two weeks of field training in the company of a senior field service technician. In order to ensure ongoing technical support from the manufacturer, we go to great lengths meet each manufacturer's requirement for participation in their respective Technical Service Training Program. We hate to disappoint you, but ...We do not offer repair services for thermal or ink jet machines. Experience has taught us that replacement parts for such machines are either unavailable, or very expensive. In the case of thermal fax machines, the cost of certain replacement parts often exceeds the cost of a new machine. Manufacturer's of ink jet and bubble jet equipment do not typically maintain a dealer network because the machines are sold through "big box" stores. See our Consumer Links page. You may want to try contacting the manufacturer to and if they offer a depot repair service or an equipment exchange program.NAICS CodeNAICS Code No. 811213 Fax machine repair and maintenance services. |
