Loaner FAX Machines
Loaner fax machines are usually provided at no charge when our field service technician does not have the required part(s) in his service vehicle (or when parts have to be ordered). Loaners may also be installed when it's more practical to proceed with disassembly and repair at our shop. If a loner is required, we'll do our best to provide a comparable fax machine.
We do not normally charge clients for the use of FAX loaners while their machine is being repaired. Situations may arise however where due to an unusually high volume of FAX reception a nominal fee may be charged to compensate for the amount of toner used in printing received faxes.
FAX Machine Rental
We occassionally receive requests for fax machine rental. We are not regularly engaged in the business of renting fax machines. However if you need one for more than 7 days in the Denver area, we may be able to rent you a laser fax machine from our loaner stock. Call for availability and pricing.
