We no longer sell or service thermal or ink jet machines. Such equipment usually falls into the category of "consumer" or "home office" fax equipment. See the FAX Features section of our website for additional consumer information.
Replacement parts for consumer equipment are often either unavailable or very expensive. In the case of thermal fax machines, the cost of certain replacement parts frequently exceeds the cost of replacing the machine.
Manufacturer's of ink jet and bubble jet equipment are not obligated to maintain a dealer parts network since the machines are sold through "big box" stores. These manufacturer's may have an exchange program, or require that the unit be shipped to a central repair depot.

You might also try searching the news group messages at Google Groups. Obscure fax related info can be occasionally be found in the news groups entitled comp.dcom.fax, sci.electronics.repair, alt.fax, and sci.electronics.repair.
Manuals
We frequently receive requests for fax machine manuals, however we do NOT stock or sell manuals. An Operator Manual for most faxes are available directly from the manufacturer. Some fax machines are programmed to print out a very basic operation guide (check the Report printing options of your machine). Expect to pay upwards of $50 for an Operation Manual for most high-end laser fax machines. Perhaps in the near future, fax machine manufacturers will provide downloadable Operation Manuals on their websites.
Technical Service Manuals are typically only sold to factory authorized dealers for use in their service department. Dealers are usually oligated to NOT re-sell the manufacturer's technical service manuals.
